Rachel is a change expert using strategy at the intersection of design communication, branding and advertising. At Rapt Studio, Rachel’s role combines strategy with storytelling to express a brand’s identity coherently across a multiplatform experience. Her mission is to push brands forward, exploring their potential to bring ideas to life in new ways, helping clients to use purpose, authenticity and leadership as drivers for positive change.
In the Account Director role, Rachel oversees and nurtures the client relationship at the highest level, understands the client’s business drivers, checks in periodically on the overall health of the relationship, and is ultimately responsible for the client’s satisfaction with Rapt’s service, design, and delivery.
