People-focused and culture driven, Prianka approaches HR with a creative mindset. She believes people drive business, so when a company’s people are happy, success is inevitable. Prianka spent the first few years of her HR career building foundational processes from from the ground up at high-growth tech companies. Earlier in her career, Prianka taught in India where she realized that no matter where her career took her, she wanted to be surrounded by good people helping them solve problems. When she’s not solving people problems, she’s either ferociously reading up on a new and obscure topic, listening to podcasts, or discovering nooks of NYC. Prianka holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Politics from Ursinus College and an M.A. in Politics, specializing in International Relations, from New York University.
