Phim Her splits her time between being the founder of HAWJ Studio, a multidisciplinary design, strategy and coaching studio, and doing business development strategy with Friendly Design Co.
Her previous work incarnations include being a senior product manager and a global marketing solutions manager at The Washington Post, a senior designer at POLITICO and co-chair of AIGA National's Diversity & Inclusion Task Force.
On any given day, you may find Phim designing a powerful keynote address for a leader in the Black Lives Matter movement, creating promotional content for a poet's gay poetry collection launch, conducting an empathy workshop for a national nonprofit or developing new business strategy with Friendly Design Co. You may also find her running community and leadership empowerment initiatives for organizations such as LeadIN and Room for Us.
