Philippa (known as Pip) is a People and Culture professional with 20 years’ experience who has spent the last 10 years living and working across Asia. She is a transformation and change management specialist with extensive organisational development experience. Pip has managed many technology implementations and supported HR functions with the shift to digital. In addition to her role as VP of People and Strategy at Peoplewave, Pip provides specialist support and expertise to several emerging HR technology companies as an Advisor. Curious about technology and the talent management needs of the future workplace, Pip is constantly seeking information about new technologies and exploring their human impact. Pip has an Executive MBA from Kellogg-HKUST, a MSc HRM, and a PgDip in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University, and holds multiple global HR certifications (GPHR, CAHRI, MCIPD, SHRM-SCP).
