Phil Harding has been intimately involved in the evolution and convergence of technology, marketing, brand and user experience for over 20 years. As a management consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoppers, Phil was frustrated by the lack of the user’s perspective when defining technology solutions. As a product manager and director at smaller companies, there were better design teams, but still a lack of cohesion in users experiences and technology. As a managing director at EffectiveUI, Phil helped clients understand that user experience is a central theme in developing technology solutions. Currently, Phil is Director of Digital Strategy at Powdr Corp, who owns numerous resorts, like Copper Mountain and Killington, where he is leading the Digital Strategy and IT teams. This is an exciting challenge to help bring user experience, marketing, brand and technology infrastructure into a cohesive team to provide better customer experiences across our portfolio.
