Phil is a Business Partner in Value & Pricing at Coles. He works with stakeholders across multiple teams to deliver actionable insights & strategy on key value plans and pricing decisions. In this role, Phil uses coding and analytical models to offer better value to millions of customers around Australia every day.
Phil completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. He has developed commercial acumen through a career in corporate advisory and management consulting for clients across multiple industries, including health care, education and property.
Phil recently completed the Data Science Immersive at General Assembly to unlock the ability to analyse larger datasets using the latest techniques. The hands-on experience of the course, coupled with his commercial background, has enhanced Phil’s ability to solve complex problems and communicate advanced insights.
