She currently works as a community manager at Division Zero (Div0), a dynamic cybersecurity community group based in Singapore. In this role, Pethanakshi spearheads the organisation of a diverse array of events, including conferences and workshops, creating a vibrant platform for cybersecurity professionals to connect, collaborate, and stay updated on the latest industry trends. Additionally, she leads the monetisation and partnerships team at Tech For She, a women-in-tech group focusing on empowering women to enter tech by providing valuable opportunities for upskilling.
