As an experienced and practical leader and coach, I bring over 28 years of diverse experience to every engagement and every conversation. I’ve proudly held a variety of roles from software engineer to executive leader and I gladly bring these experiences into each interaction.

I find it the importance of having the right team with individuals that are really "on fire" with their own personal passions, while making progress on meaningful challenges is what really keeps my attention and personal passions high.

As a coach, I’m very focused on inspiring people to be their personal best while getting clarity on personal goals and passions and who they really are, and then bringing that to life at work and home. This is the key to long term success and happiness.

As a consultant, my expertise is in building team processes and teams. How do we make sure we have the right, effective approach and a team capable and ready to really take on those business and technical challenges?

I’m about exploring and creating options, but in a personal human way, to find options that not only work today – but for the journey forward.
