Penny is an active supporter of the campaign to break down barriers to discussing Mental Health at work and is the Senior Leadership Team Sponsor for the introduction of Sanctus Coaching at Onfido.
Following a fast-tracked start to her career as a Management Consultant at Accenture, Penny moved into Operations and spent two years growing the Operations team at Hassle.com before the company was sold for £24m in 2015. She is now Director of Operations for Onfido.com and has spent the last 12 months growing and managing an international Operations Function which delivers millions of verifications to over 3,000 customers including Tesco, Uber and Monzo.
