Pearl Chan Schopmeyer is cofounder and chief product officer of Snowball Wealth. Snowball Wealths helps millions of Americans every day pay down student debt in the smartest way possible. The company provides personalized goals and recommendations on how and when to pay off debt. She previously co founded the fund Omidyar Technology Ventures for the founder of eBay. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she spent the past decade in finance at Goldman Sachs, at a private equity fund investing in both public and private companies, and at an impact investment fund.
Pearl is also passionate about empowering women, and has coached hundreds of recent graduates on how to manage their finances. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and son and two dogs.
