Paul Klein is the Chief of Staff at Hatch Apps, a SaaS product that lets anyone build a custom app–without code. Paul is passionate about building a best-in-class leadership and management team, and working across the organization to develop scalable operations that work for both the business and its people. Prior to Hatch, Paul was the Head of Operations at UrbanStems, the flower delivery startup.
Paul began his career managing operations with Landmark Theaters, the nation’s largest independent and foreign-film theatrical exhibitor. In addition to his professional work, Paul has worked with Out In Tech, an organization committed to uniting and providing opportunities to the LGBT+ tech community.
