Patrina has more than 20 years of experience in the retail, marketing and leasing industry. Currently the Senior Vice President of Retail, Marketing & Leasing, Patrina is responsible for the conceptualization and operations of OUE’s retail portfolio including Mandarin Gallery and the upcoming Downtown Gallery, among other retail projects.
Under her wing, Mandarin Gallery is home to heavy-weights such as the first Michael Kors and Victoria Secret Flagship storesin Singapore. She is set to revolutionize the retail experience with initiatives such as The Gallery Experience series of pop-up lifestyle concepts and activities in Mandarin Gallery.
In her previous role, Patrina was the Deputy General Manager at Orchard 290 Ltd, a retail property management company and wholly- owned subsidiary of Singapore Press Holdings Limited which was appointed to manage Paragon. From 2001 to 2008, Patrina was in charge of handling the day-to-day operations and management of Paragon and the Paragon extension.
