Parnell AKA "Nelley" studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Howard University. He is a graduate of the Web Development Immersive course at General Assembly DC and continues to be an active and engaged member of the GA community. Previously, Nelley worked on an engineering research team developing civil traffic solutions in Tanzania. At nineteen, he started a technology consulting firm, AP technologies, that seeks to provide technology support and services to small businesses in the DC metro area. Nelley is consistently dedicated to affecting positive change in the technology industry and in his community.
