Pamela brings an integrated approach to help clients strategically address complex issues through high-stakes facilitation, talent development strategy consulting, diversity and inclusion expertise and executive coaching. Her ultimate goal is to help create healthy, engaged work environments and leave people "in action". Prior to Enact, Pamela worked across a multitude of industries and held leadership roles at Levi Strauss & Co., Context Integration and PeopleSoft. Pamela holds a Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University in Human Development.
