Ovi Hentea
Data Manager, Avant
Ovi is the photography instructor behind ThatChicago PhotoLesson (http://thatchicago.website), where he helps curious minds explore the numerous facets of the field of photography - from turning on the camera all the way to pixel-peeping chromatic aberration. Though his day-to-day position as a Data Analyst has him delving into numbers, databases, and spreadsheets, he finds the practice of digitally capturing photons to be a blissful creative outlet.
He carries around a Lightroom catalog of some 125,000 images (event, model, travel, portraiture, and street photography) into which he has poured hundred of hours of post-processing and fine-tuning images for various clients (Big Brother Big Sister, InterNations, AIESEC) and various international publications.
