Ombretta Mancini is a Certified Leadership Coach, Consultant and Facilitator who has been working in the Training and Development industry for close to 15 years. She is the Owner and Founder of Own Your Step, a Coaching and Consulting practice that specializes in helping Family Businesses develop their Next Generation of Leaders. Prior to launching her own business, she worked 12+ years as an accomplished Programme Manager for Training and Consulting firms in the Washington, D.C. area, developing and managing multi-million-dollar leadership programmes for various government agencies.

Ombretta, who currently lives in Edinburgh, is originally from Italy and has travelled and lived in a number of places between Europe, the US, and Australia. A true citizen of the world, her varied background and life experiences have contributed to broadening her perspective, a key skill she leverages in her work with her clients. Unconventional by many standards, grit, adaptability and resilience became her strongest assets throughout her career and when the calling came to start her own business, the driving desire was to elevate others so they could make their mark in the world in whatever way they felt called to.
