Olivia Hayes is a Senior Product Manager at Crimson – The Advisory Board, which specializes in building technology products for the healthcare sector. Prior to that, she helped build personal finance management tools, as well as social media products for a variety of platforms. She started her career as a copywriter and content strategist before eventually transitioning into UX as a user experience designer. After experiencing the benefits of a UX background in product development, she is passionate about ensuring that other PM’s feel equally comfortable with and excited about UX.
