Product design lead at Grab, visiting General Assembly instructor and design writer based in Singapore.
12 years of experience in working at agencies, MNCs and startups; having designed customer-centric experiences for BMW, Grab, MSD, Nike, Sephora, Tiffany and Wealth-X. His practice focuses on behavioural economics, human-centered design, mapping ecosystems and understanding the psychology of people and communities.
When not at work, he plays by producing a a live talk show (The Symposium), gather strangers to cook and eat together in my home (Dinnerat335), lectures part-time at General Assembly and write articles on business, culture, design and customer experiences at medium.com/@normanteh.
