Norman Teh

CX/UX Architect, MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme)

Singapore

Norman is a UX/CX architect, moderator and design writer based in Singapore. He has decade of experience working in agencies, corporate organisations and startups; and has designed high-level customer-centric experiences for BMW, Nike, Sephora, Wealth-X, Youth Olympic Games and more.

His practice focuses on psychological behaviors of users, customer personalization, mapping micro-focus experiences and building modular information architecture platforms. Recipient of the industry award for excellence at Curtin University in 2006, represented Malaysia at British Council’s Creative Catalyst Seminar as a design thought leader and nominated as an influential young gun for Antalis 10-20-30, where 10 pioneer designers selected the next generation of 20 influential young guns under 30 in Malaysia.
