Nithya is a management professional with international leadership experience in Australia, USA and Latin America, gained through roles at NIKE, Inc. , Ernst & Young, Accenture and ANZ Investment Bank. She specialises in the design and delivery of global venture philanthropy, social investment and collective impact initiatives.
In her current role as Executive Lead of Innovation at VicHealth, Nithya leads the organization’s agenda to discover how to accelerate health outcomes for Victorians. Her prior career highlights include leadership roles within the business units at Nike that developed the game-changing collective-impact platforms, Girl Effect and Designed to Move.
Nithya holds a Masters of Administration degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and is a board member of Nightingale Social Housing. She has been performing and teaching classical Indian dance since she was eighteen, with Natya Sudha Dance Company (founded by Tara Rajkumar OAM) and is an accredited yoga teacher with a committed personal practice.
