A founder and venture capital professional, Nio drives startup strategy for Asia's leading early-stage VC and is deeply integrated into the startup ecosystem.

With degrees in Engineering and Business, he started his career at Apple before building extensive experience as a Management Consultant over six years across Asia and Australia. After co-founding numerous startups, Nio went on to develop a highly profitable business-building boutique which has provided strategic & fundraising support to over one hundred ventures. He holds equity and advisory roles in several high-growth businesses and is a sought-after speaker, educator and mentor.

Having lived in four vastly different countries, Nio speaks five languages (none fluently!) and gets overly excited about sport, philanthropy and technology.
