Nikishka is a sustainability product manager at venture-backed Rubicon Global, focused on using technology to increase waste diversion away from landfills. Nikishka is also the founder of The Guild, a social enterprise that develops co-living spaces and accelerator programs for changemakers. Previously, as a consultant at a top management consulting firm, she helped companies unlock ~$600M worth of value from renewable energy, water, waste and social innovation opportunities. Nikishka was recognized by GreenBiz as a "30 under 30" leader in sustainability and by Creative Loafing as a "person to watch in 2017"
