After 16 years of working for big firms – Black & Decker Corporation, Nestlé, and AECOM – Nicole decided to launch Mind Moves Consultancy focused on the people side of change and operational performance. Her specialty is in building and implementing solutions for products, processes and people that also result in positive impact for social and environmental good. Nicole is a certified Organizational Change Management (OCM) practitioner with a BS in Information Technology and an MBA in Sustainable Business. Nicole strives to integrate her passion for sustainability in her everyday activity, lifestyle and volunteerism.
