Nick is a Managing Partner and Director of Strategic Planning at the pharmaceutical advertising agency, Sound Healthcare Communications. Prior to joining Sound in 2014, Nick worked for 6 years at FCB Health, where he was most recently the head of Strategic Planning at Area 23. Nick’s 10+ year pharmaceutical career has provided him with a 360-degree perspective of the industry—from bench-side science immediately following college, to consulting, commercial-side market research, and now, the agency world.
Nick is devoted to discovering and leveraging core customer insights to drive brand strategy development. His areas of expertise include in-depth customer immersion, market research moderation, workshop facilitation, and competitive intelligence. Nick holds a BS in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from Bucknell and has completed graduate work in the field of Public Health. He lives in Manhattan with his wife, Shelly.
