Her PhD research focuses on Indian women's online storytelling, and the Internet as a site of neo-colonialism. Beyond this, she also has an upcoming co-authored publication on AI in the Workplace, published with the Minderoo Foundation.
Alongside her academic research, Nayana is passionate about anti-racism and decolonising work, specifically in relation to academic teaching.
