Having graduated with an Honours Degree in Banking and Finance, Natasha first started her career as a Business Development Manager with a leading local bank before making her career switch to recruitment. Having exposure in both external agencies and internal talent acquisition, she is well-versed in the best recruitment practices and talent attraction. Natasha is seasoned in IT recruitment for the APAC region including Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Sydney. Her main area of interest lies in agile software development, design thinking and innovative technologies.
