She began her career at Squarespace as a Customer Ops advisor, providing support to customers directly and developing an internal shadowing program for employees looking to understand the Squarespace customer base. When she’s not on the road producing events and finding great talent, Molly is, well, still on the road! She loves exploring new cities and spending time in Nashville, her hometown.
