He currently works as a technical manager at Groupon where he leads the engineering team for their A/B testing platform. In addition to his core job as a coach and servant leader to his team, Mike is also active in growing Groupon's technology culture by organizing internal meet-ups around both agile and professional development for managers. Before Groupon, Mike worked as an agile/xp coach with Leandog where he helped companies learn how using modern practices can empower their teams to rapidly build high quality software.
