Mihaela Zotta is an agile trained business analyst a professional background in operations and logistics.

Mihaela is passionate about all things digital, wanting to build and shape end-to-end business transformations that solve not only the customer's needs but add value to the business and its operations. Having worked in banking and financial services, she balances being analytical and practical, while also able to unpack complex systems.

Mihaela has been instructor associate for several instances of General Assembly's User Experience Design immersive, and regularly returns as teaching assistant for our Product Management programs.
