Michelle is a design researcher, service designer and inclusive design practitioner who believes an inclusive mindset is fundamental to human centred design.
Drawing from lived experience, Michelle’s design superpower is creating culturally appropriate and trauma safe spaces for human connection.
Previously, at the Centre for Inclusive Design, she supported organisations in reaching underrepresented communities and co-designing solutions that better serve everyone.
Currently, at NSW eHealth, Michelle advocates for the value of design and leads human centred design capability uplift.
Michelle pays the kindness and support she received on her squiggly design career forward through teaching and mentoring designers from all around the world.
