    Michela Grant is currently a Senior Data Scientist within the Human Capital Analytics team at Humana where she oversees organizational data-based talent management decisions. Her professional goal is to help integrate data-driven solutions with social science research to create human capital models in the global market. Having graduated from the University of Chicago with a bachelors in Comparative Human Development and an MBA in Competitive and Organizational Strategy from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School, Michela brings a multifaceted analytical and human-centered approach to corporate talent issues. Michela has a strong interest in philanthropic projects that has led her to work with several organizations including the Texas Campaign for the Environment, the Junior League of Louisville, the ChamberWorks Institute, and the NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow. She is also a recipient of the 2019 Young Leader Award from YPAL and Louisville Business First Journal
