Michel Nabti is Head of People Operations + Learning & Organization Development at Insikt, a +450-person social-impact financial technology start-up in San Francisco. He started his career doing research at Stanford Business School's Organizational Behavior Laboratory, co-launched one of Google's first onboarding programs, and has worked with start-ups and established companies around the world on leadership, team dynamics, people analytics, culture, and organizational performance.

Michel holds a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MA in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in New York. He has also been an adjunct instructor in the Executive MBA Program at the American University of Beirut—Olayan School of Business and the United States Military Academy at West Point.
