He leads a lean recruiting team that sources, attracts and retains some of the market's top talent using a human-centered approach. Previously, Michael built the People and Talent Functions at two earlier-staged startups, Jiff and Range Networks. He graduated from UC Berkeley (before the first iPhone was ever released) and on weekends you might find him on the search for The City's finest pour-over coffee, cycling or singing his heart out.
