In her current role at VMware, she shapes social impact strategy aimed at supporting nonprofit digital transformation. Prior to joining VMware, Meriem held several roles focused on creating systems change for a better future. This work included leading Conflict Resolution programs at the Carter Center with the UN, researching global public health policy at LSE and Columbia University, and serving on the board of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs.
