Meriem is passionate about understanding how technology impacts society and how we can leverage it to create a more just, equitable, and humane world. Prior to joining VMware, Meriem held several roles focused on creating systems change for a better future. This work included leading Conflict Resolution programs at the Carter Center with the UN, researching global public health policy at LSE and Columbia University, and serving on the board of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs.
