Meridith Marshall is the CEO of UNCHARTED, where she utilizes data and coaching to create the best places to work. Her unique ability to lead as both a practitioner and an industry-recognized expert has provided her with opportunities to drive significant impact quickly and help others do the same. Meridith has considerable experience using data analytics to pinpoint employee needs and then using this data to create thriving cultures that experience higher performance and increased employee retention and attraction. She is an established leader and recipient of the 2020 German Marshall Fellowship and the 2017 International Economic Development Council's 40 Under 40 award. Meridith has an MBA, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics and a Minor in Neuroscience from Drake University.
