    Meghan Nechrebecki is a healthcare administration expert who has been solving complex systemic healthcare challenges for over a decade. Meghan is the founder and CEO of Health Care Transformation, the first-of-its-kind boutique population health company that is empowering employers, healthcare providers, and individuals to improve health and reduce healthcare costs. Meghan is the author of My Health Care Transformation Handbook- a robust workbook filled with the expertise and guidance needed to optimally navigate the U.S. healthcare system and manage one’s care. Her prior experience includes managing population health efforts at UCLA Health and health system C-suite consulting to improve physician and employee engagement at The Advisory Board Company. Prior to that she was the top performer in business development at Privia Health and managed the PCMH program consulting at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for the Washington D.C. region. Meghan earned her MSPH degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she was inducted into the Delta Omega Alpha Honorary Society for graduating at the top of her class, and a B.S. degree in Biochemistry and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she was a Hilldale Scholar in oncology research. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Meghan now resides in Brentwood, Los Angeles. When she isn’t fixing the U.S. healthcare system she is either at the beach, camping, or dancing.
