Megan is the Director of Product Development at the seven-day weekend lifestyle brand, Marine Layer. Managing all things product for the company, she ensures the fabric, fit, quality, and price are right for the consumer. Growing from nine US stores in 2014 (when she joined) to 16 today, and with a plan of reaching 30+ in the next two years, successful product execution is the essential foundation for a thriving company.
Megan developed a refined skill set through prior retail industry experience in New York with established designers Ralph Lauren and Tory Burch, which she has seamlessly transferred to the rapidly expanding start-up that is Marine Layer.
