In her role at GE Digital, Megan leads an integrated approach to building GE Digital’s organizational and talent capabilities. She’s the connection between Talent Acquisition, GE Digital’s Learning Team and Human Resources in driving employee and people leader engagement for strategic business outcomes. Megan is passionate about the future of HR, and shaping an organization’s culture through talent and organizational development initiatives. Megan has a Master’s in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
Megan is a member of a Bay Area Women’s Running Group (Arete), and is running her first full marathon this year in Chicago after years of running half marathons. She enjoys traveling, day trips to wine country, and Sunday brunch.
