Max Avruch currently works at Manhattan Beach innovation + incubation start-up BCG Digital Ventures doing Learning & Development (L&D) and co-leads the LGBTQ Employee Resource Group, DV Pride. Prior to joining his current role, Max worked for several years at Omada Health--a digital health start-up in San Francisco--as a Health Coach and led the way for building out the company's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) program through Employee Resource Groups. Max has done extensive work in D&I, coaching, health and wellness (customer-facing and internal), and L&D. A UCLA graduate, Max is passionate about helping employees to be their healthiest and happiest, and creating an authentic, sustainable space for them to succeed in their roles.
