Maureen is a Neuroleadership and Emotional Intelligence consultant, speaker and facilitator. She leverages on brain-science insights of how the brain works to empower executives, leaders and organisations become more human by driving behaviour change, unlock potential, maximise performance to enable them transform how they lead, work and live.

Maureen’s expertise is in behavioural change, using the latest findings from neuroscience to help organizations become more human, and their people improve their quality of thinking to achieve sustainable success. She helps people mitigate the biases that negatively affects them and their decisions, so that they can flourish, excel and become limitless.

She started her career as a biomedical scientist and research assistant. She later became a lecturer and has successfully run her own businesses in the Healthcare, Education, IT and Hospitality industries. Maureen has held senior leadership roles in the private and public sectors.
