After engaging with an immersive course at GA, he moved towards the innovation area and joined SPIXII to support the fight to bring meaningful change in insurance, one of the most old-fashion industry. SPIXII advocates the adoption of automation (eg. chatbots) to rebuild the broken bridge between insurance companies and their customers. At SPIXII, Matteo is responsible for the design of cutting-edge products, services and seamless collaboration with every client through effective workshops.
