I am a Learning and Development Manager and Coach at the Boston Consulting Group. In my role, I manage our local office training curriculum, as well as provide 1 on 1 coaching to our consulting team across three offices in the South. Prior to this role, I was a Project Leader at in the Chicago office with significant industry experience in healthcare and functional expertise in strategic planning and large scale change management. Additionally, I have completed projects across multiple functions in education, chemicals, and wine & spirits industries.
Prior to joining BCG, I worked in the Fixed Income group at Fidelity Investments. During my three years at Fidelity, I covered the telecom, media, automotive, and financial sectors.
In 2013, I received an MBA and an MPP from Chicago Booth and Chicago Harris at the University of Chicago. At Chicago Booth, I was selected as a LEAD Facilitator, where I delivered leadership effectiveness and development training to 120 first year students. During my time at Chicago Harris, I completed an independent study on the efficacy of high-intensity math tutoring in reducing the achievement gap among high school students. I also received a BS in mathematics and economics from Tulane University, in New Orleans, LA.
