Mary Beth Ferrante is the founder of the organization Live.Work.Lead., a company dedicated to helping organizations retain high potential women by designing programs to support women as they navigate becoming new moms. Live.Work.Lead. also working directly with individuals supports through their Professional Working Moms Groups, connecting and supporting moms virtually. Mary Beth has been featured in Working Mother, Scary Mommy, FairyGodBoss. She regularly hosts workshops in the Los Angeles area topics such as burnout, boundaries and balance, negotiation, and advocating for your own career growth. Prior to founding Live.Work.Lead. Mary Beth was an SVP of Business Strategy for a Fortune 100 company and spent the majority of her corporate career in strategic planning, program and change management.
