Marty Vespa has over 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience across a variety of industries including cyber-security, financial services, MEP engineering consulting and online marketing. Currently he is the Director of Recruiting with LogRhythm, a Boulder CO based security intelligence software company. During his time leading talent acquisition at LogRhythm the company has grown from 170 to 680 employees while maintaining a successful and dynamic culture. This growth has been facilitated by hiring strategies based on commitment to a positive candidate experience, a vibrant employee referral program, and a structured evaluation process that verifies cultural fit and performance capabilities. Prior to LogRhythm, Mr. Vespa helped build out an internal executive search function at JPMorgan Asset Management. He has also managed the recruitment function for Environmental Systems Design and the Chicago Stock Exchange. Mr. Vespa holds a M.B.A degree in Marketing from University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.S. degree in Business Management from Arizona State University.
