Martina Welke is the cofounder & CEO of Zealyst, an enterprise platform that utilizes data analysis and games to build stronger corporate communities. Martina believes that strong human relationships form the basis for a full, happy life, and this belief fuels her drive to create better opportunities for people to connect through Zealyst.

Martina has worked in a variety of startup environments, from helping to launch a new publication to developing a new program within a large nonprofit. Martina is on the board of Seattle Women in Technology and is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. Martina earned a BA in English Literature with a minor in Chemistry at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine.
