To do so, training and education of its people is key to ensuring that everyone has a common conversation centered around how data analytics can be used to extract information and knowledge from the archives of data to bring across business transformation through effective data storytelling.
Martin is also co-founder of Marvin's Academy which focuses on nurturing the next generation. With a focus on character building, career guidance and training the requisite skills for them to tackle the future, he believes in not just academic knowledge but also equipping the next generation with lifeskills for the future.
Martin is a graduate of National University of Singapore – Bachelor of Computing (Information System) with Honours, and also of Manchester Business School, University of Manchester – MBA (Engineering) with Distinction.
