Mark is a fun-loving and nice human being. He loves people and feels that when like-minded people come together, they can do wonders and solve big global challenges. Collaboration with mutual respect for each other is the key. Mark is easily irritated and enjoys finding ways to resolve all these irritations instead of complaining or giving up. Mark has 3 rules with people he works with; "Rule 1: Be Happy, Rule 2: Be Awesome and Rule 3: Helps others with Rule 1 and 2".
Mark pioneered the Agile, User Experience Design and Open Source movement in the Singapore Government. Mark is currently the Director (Product Design and Development) of Government Digital Services Group in IDA and also the co-founder of Hive, where he gets to work with awesome teammates on exciting Digital Government and Smart Nation stuff.
