An entrepreneur and experienced international product management and marketing professional, Margot has spent the past 15 years living and working across Asia Pacific.
She is currently running a boutique consultancy firm and building her own start-up in the property/fintech space.
She recently worked at RMIT University leading the international marketing division of Recruitment. She led a large team of digital, web, conversion, communication and design experts. Prior to that role she ran a innovative international policy and executive education centre in the College of Business. She is very passionate about the power of education and the needs of consumers. She worked in global product innovation at Lonely Planet and retail product development at Origin Energy. In that role she focused on a sustainable energy product in partnership with the AFL. She worked in Vietnam for two years with the Canadian Consulate and Colliers International.
Margot moved to Melbourne to do her Masters of international business. She speaks four languages and still loves to travel.
