Margaret Aiken is a Product Designer on the FordPass Mobility Team at Ford Motor Company. Before transitioning to User Experience Design, she worked as a Museum Educator at science and art museums across the country. Over the past ten years, she curated social, emotional, intellectual, and cultural learning opportunities for thousands of visitors. She transitioned to UX in order to engage a global audience in an increasingly digital world. Her raison-d'être has been, and always will be, to create meaningful experiences for others.
