Manav Thaker is an executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience delivering engaging digital and physical experiences for retail, hospitality, and DNVBs.
A passionate customer-advocate, Manav believes that empathy is the best path to drive growth and loyalty. A "go-to" for go-to-market, he develops a deep, data-driven understanding of audiences informed by expertise in bringing hospitality service design and customer experience principles to product marketing.
He is the Co-founder of Subziwalla, a first-of-its-kind ethnic grocery delivery service making it easier for anyone to find, cook, and enjoy Indian food. Prior to Subziwalla, he was a product and customer experience consultant after 15 years of managing experiences for some of the foremost global brands, including the Coqui Coqui Group in Mexico, where he led overall business strategy and expanded global awareness for the hotel chain and lifestyle brand.
Additionally, Manav serves on the Board of GIPL and is an Advisor to the Main Street Fund at Georgia State University.
