Mala went on to become a Regional Vice President Partners in Leadership, coaching senior leadership teams on how to build and manage cultures of accountability to deliver on key business results. Most recently, she has facilitated digital immersion and leadership in a digital age programs with General Assembly for Visa and Nestle global teams. Mala currently runs Talent Catalyst, a career performance consultancy committed to connecting Millennials to their highest performance in a measurable way.
